Rules for Booking

 

To confirm your stay it is necessary a 50% upfront payment, with the remainder paid during check in.

Before payment, please confirm if you have understood and identify yourself with our policies, as described in the Guest Policies. The administration reserves the right to request for a guest to leave, without refund, if they disrespect the rules.

Rules for canceling reservations

 

GROUPS: Cancellation requests up to 15 days before the start of the event will have 90% of their deposit refunded. With less than 15 days to the event, 50% will be refunded and in the case of a cancellation three days or less before the start of the event, we will retain the total value of the deposit, but will make 50% of this value as credit for rescheduling within the next five months.

 

HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS: Cancellation requests up to 15 days before the start of the event will have 90% of their deposit refunded. WEEKDAYS: Cancellation requests made up to seven days before the arrival date will have 90% of their value returned. With less than seven days the value will be kept for a rescheduling within the next five months.
